Gob Squad’s ‘Creation (Pictures for Dorian)’, collaboratively devised with guest company member Christopher Adams-Cohen, engages the company in an ongoing, intergenerational performance experiment, looking behind the vanity-mirror to confront questions of beauty, morality, aging and power—and playfully examining why they and their like so crave the eye of the beholder.
